Newly decorated, clean hotel, reasonable value. A refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities, and a seating area in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Marvellous and absolutely perfect location in Indianapolis city centre and easy access to commercial centers and stores.

While it was a little out of the way from where we were going it was a very nice stay. Room was very nice. Bed was great. People were great!
Bar and food could stay open longer in the evening and breakfast could last longer.

When I walked into the lobby and told him my name, everything was already done. Check-in was quick and check-out was just turning in the key. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. And the citrus-infused water in the lobby really impressed me. I enjoyed that immensely.
The only down side was that I had trouble with my phone getting a cell tower and I could not all out. But that has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel or staff. It was just the down side to being in the city.

The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I also liked the convenience of having a little bistro on-site.
